Paul joined the team in April 2026 as a Housing Support Worker. He brings with him a compassionate approach and a strong dedication to supporting individuals to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
Paul holds a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents. Within his role, he aims to deliver support that is second to none, helping residents build confidence, independence, and stability.
Outside of his role, Paul spends much of his spare time supporting the local homeless community through street outreach, reflecting his ongoing commitment to helping those in need.
