Natalie Smith

Housing Support Worker

Natalie joined Supporting Lives in November 2025, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in the care sector.

She began her career at the age of 17 working with individuals living with dementia. Since then, she has worked across a variety of roles within health and social care, including as a Senior Support Worker supporting people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Natalie later worked as an Activities Coordinator in a nursing home before moving into the criminal justice sector as a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, where she spent two years supporting adults experiencing drug and alcohol addiction.

Through these roles, Natalie has developed a strong commitment to supporting individuals through complex challenges and helping them work towards positive change.

In her role as a Housing Support Worker, Natalie aims to support residents in achieving their goals and aspirations while contributing new ideas to the team. She finds fulfilment in knowing she has done her best each day to support those who need it.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travelling, reading, solving puzzles and mystery games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
