I have over 30 years’ experience working in the care industry across a wide range of roles. My background includes supporting young people with complex mental health needs in independent living settings, as well as working as an occupational health assistant and activities coordinator.
For more than 21 years, I have worked within residential environments, supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse and working alongside forensic residents in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to be part of many success stories, which I am extremely proud of.
I hold a GNVQ Level 3 qualification in Independent Living.
My aim within my role is to actively support residents as they progress on their individual journeys. I find great fulfilment in knowing that I can play a meaningful part in making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors walking my dog across the downs or along the beach. I am a very sociable person with a love for animals and music, and I enjoy attending concerts and festivals whenever I can.
