Jennifer has an NVQ level 3 in health and social care.
“I am passionate about delivering the best support I can to help people to make changes to their lives that have a positive impact on their physical and mental wellbeing and hopefully improve their overall quality of life. I am caring and compassionate and want to make a difference. I thrive in a challenging environment.
I have experienced many challenges in my life including my own experience with homelessness and substance misuse. Although this was many years ago it means that I understand the challenges and difficulties that are faced by many of our residents. I try to use my own experiences of recovery to support people in an empathetic and non-judgemental way.”
Outside of work Jennifer enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, visiting new places and watching a good TV drama.
