Naomi has a diverse role as Regional Manager at Supporting Lives. Every day is different. She can be found working on policies, procedures and joint working practices. Her role involves ensuring the service runs efficiently and effectively so that the best possible support is consistently delivered to the residents. She also spends time training and empowering staff. Naomi develops connections and builds relationships with external agencies and partners in the private, community and voluntary sectors.
“I’m extremely passionate about what I do. I’ve been in recovery for a decade, I want to make the world a better place for as many people as possible. I want to stop the cycle of homelessness and support people to get into recovery so they can build bridges with their family, build networks with friends, develop confidence and the skills to return to work or education and achieve their full potential.”
Outside of work Naomi loves spending her annual leave on holidays, exploring new places, theme parks and water parks with her son. She loves the sunshine.
