Lee Scott Supporting Lives

Lee Scott

Team Leader

Lee began working for Charter and Supporting Lives in October 2023 as a Recovery Coach and then became a Team Leader in May 2024. He has lived experience as a veteran, an addict and a resident of Supporting Lives. This gives him a valuable insight into what’s important to the residents and a passion for supporting them to develop and achieve their goals. Lee’s past career includes Lance Bombardier for the British Army and Manager and Director of two small organisations. Following these roles Lee began his own battles with active addiction which led him to re-evaluate his career and begin working in the homelessness and addiction sectors.

“I hope to lead a team which makes change possible, provides support to those marginalised by society and give our residents the opportunities they need to reach their potential. I lead with compassion, enthusiasm and positivity. I believe that ‘team work makes the dream work’ and together we can help our residents to break the cycle of homelessness and addiction.”
